Our team work hard to ship your order within 48 business hours from when the order is placed. Please note, that our team do not ship orders over the weekend or on Australian public holidays. Dispatch of your order may also be delayed during busy sale or promotional periods.
Please note that the specified shipping time frames on your chosen shipping service refers to the number of days from the time of dispatch.
If you have received your tracking number
Once we have handed your order over to the postal service, tracking updates are sitting with them. If there’s been no movement on your tracking number we recommend that you contact the shipping company for an update.
If your order is showing as delivered
It may be that you weren’t home to accept your delivery. The shipping company should provide you with a card notifying you that the order has been taken to the closest post office including how to pick up your order or to rearrange delivery.
