What do I do if I’ve received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item?Updated 3 months ago

Faulty / damaged items must be assessed and approved by our Customer Support team before returning for refund, credit, or exchange. 

Please email us as soon as possible to report any issues with your product so we can assess and advise further. Just make sure to also include your order number so we can look into this quickly for you.
