We aim to process your return within 5 business days of receiving your return order. We’ll send you an email once it’s all completed. 

During busy holiday or sale periods, this timeframe may be a little longer. 

If you haven't heard from us in this timeframe, please email us with tracking details of your return parcel so we can look into this for you.

You should be notified of Afterpay and Paypal refunds straight away. Credit card refunds can take a few business days to clear with your bank. Online store credits can be used immediately.
