How do I return my order?Updated 5 months ago

You're welcome to a refund if your full-priced returned item/s:

  • are in brand new and unworn condition
  • have all original tags attached
  • are returned to our Australian warehouse within 30 days of receipt

* Items marked as SALE can be returned for a change of mind store credit or exchange only
Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for store credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.

 

To initiate a return:

  • please ensure your items meet the criteria stated above
  • complete our online returns form to receive your return instructions and label, if eligible
  • post your item/s back (feel free to re-use our postage satchel, ensuring all previous shipping labels are removed or completely covered).

* Rolla's Jeans does not cover return postage for store credit, refund requests or international returns.

 

What happens next?

  • Once your return has been delivered, our warehouse team will inspect and approve your return item/s, as per the above criteria, within 2 business days
  • Your refund will be processed within 5 business days and you will be notified via email once this has been completed
    NB: We are unable to refund you until your item/s have been physically received, so would recommend choosing a tracked postal service for your peace of mind.
