Do I have to pay for my return postage?Updated 6 months ago

Yes, in most cases, you are responsible for the cost of posting your return back to us. International customers are required to pay this return label fee when completing the online return request. 

If you are required to source your own return shipping, we do suggest choosing a tracked method, where possible, so you can keep an eye on the delivery. We are not able to process your refund until your return has been delivered successfully to our warehouse partner. 

Australian customers will have this fee deducted from refund or credit values, or invoiced separately if requesting a sale exchange item. Australian customers who have requested a full-priced size exchange are eligible for free return shipping. 

If you are returning due to faulty or incorrectly sent items, we will gladly reimburse your postage costs. Please contact us first for approval and further instructions.
