Can I return an item purchased online to a store?Updated 3 months ago

Yes! We gladly accept returns in-store for full-priced items purchased online. This can be helpful when you need your return in a hurry or don’t want to pay for your return back to our warehouse. In-store returns can currently only be processed in Victorian stores.

Simply take your order into your closest participating store and a friendly team member will process your return back onto your original payment method. Please note we cannot process a return for cash tender.
