Can I cancel or change my order?Updated 3 months ago

We totally understand that mistakes happen and we've got you 😊

If you notice an issue with your order, you can now make the following changes within 30 minutes of purchase:

  • change your shipping address,
  • change your contact details, or
  • cancel your full order.

To action this, simply open your order confirmation email and click "Edit or View Your Order".

At this stage, you are still unable to change the product's size or colour, or add more items, so we'd recommend cancelling the order and then placing a new online order ASAP.

If it's been more than 30 minutes since you placed your order, you are always welcome to initiate a return for eligible items, as per our usual returns policy.
