<li aria-level="1" style="font-weight: 400;">Your selected product/s AND your address both need to be eligible in order for the service to appear at checkout.</li>
<li aria-level="1" style="font-weight: 400;">Same Day shipping is not available on weekends and public holidays and is only available to business and residential addresses, no PO boxes.</li>

How do I place a same day order?
Simply select and add your desired item to the cart. If your delivery address is eligible, it is before the cut off time and your product is in stock at your closest participating store the same day delivery options will appear at checkout.
Are all products available for Uber Direct?
Only items in-stock at participating stores are eligible for Same Day Shipping with Uber Direct
Why are the same day shipping options not available at check-out?
The rates may not appear at checkout for the following reasons:

<li aria-level="1" style="font-weight: 400;">Your chosen item is not available at your participating store location. In this instance, you can use our Find In Store feature to find an available item or add an alternative item to cart</li>
<li aria-level="1" style="font-weight: 400;">Your delivery address is located outside the eligible radius</li>
<li aria-level="1" style="font-weight: 400;">The cut-off time has passed</li>
</ol>
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Due to the speedy nature of same day delivery we are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed. We kindly ask that you check your order thoroughly before checking out to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
How can I track my order?
You will be sent a tracking link via text message when your order has been scheduled for delivery. You do not need the Uber app to view this.
