What happens if there is a delay with my pre-order?Updated 10 days ago

We try our very best for delays not to happen and take this into consideration when adding the estimated ship dates for any pre-order products. 


In the rare case there is a delay, you will be notified via email with new shipping timeframes. 


If these don’t work for you, you can cancel anytime using the pre-order self-service portal.
