How do I apply a store credit?Updated 3 days ago

If you’ve received a store credit, simply add your selected products to your Shopping Bag, click through to Checkout and enter your store credit code in the “Discount code or gift card” section. Click Apply to update your order subtotal with the store credit balance.

On desktop

The section to enter your store credit is on the right hand side

On mobile 

The section to enter your promotional code is in the “Order Summary” drop down

The balance of your store credit will show after your order is placed and we recommend taking note of this value for future usage.

Online store credits will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. If you have received a store credit in one of our boutiques, this can only be used in-store.
